In the March 2026 PHS Phone Policy Feedback Survey administered by the PHS Tech Department, 413 students and 93 teachers anonymously provided input on the current impact of phone usage in school. The majority of student respondents believe that phones are not at all to somewhat distracting, while the majority of teacher respondents regard phones as very to extremely distracting.
